To make your cacao, heat water to just under a boil. Break a piece of cacao from your cacao tortilla. Ideally, do not cut into it with a knife or use any metal objects to mix or blend. If you want to maintain the purity of the cacao and the divine feminine energy do not use any metal objects when making your cacao. Drop a piece of cacao into your water, or add the cacao to your cup and pour hot water (not boiling) over it until it melts. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Come into a quite space and offer prayers of gratitude to your cacao and all the beings that came together to bring it to your hands. Sip, enjoy, expand heart love.
I highly recommend trying it plain and experiencing the bitter taste of natural cacao.
