We are hitting the ground running… seems like we’ve been saying that phrase for years already. As I get deeper and deeper into my Food is Medicine Journey, it gets harder and harder to take steps back—my body alarms me much more quickly and keeps me on track. I eat a couple of GMO tortillas, and my nose is running and I start sneezing, and I am even finding myself running to the toilet—poison is not sitting so well in my body—so it gets easier and easier to just say no to the things that are negatively impacting my body.

As Lisa and I formulate this class while navigating our lives and responsibilities, we too, have noticed the even greater challenge of staying on top of our daily life practices. Now that we are entering into Week 3 content and I think almost 2 months have passed by, we are ready to dig deeper and step into higher ground. This is why, we are starting a challenge. Join us for a 7-day breathing challenge starting on Monday, April 24th at 7am Pacific time. Check out this video with a little more advanced breathing practice using the breathing exercises we have already been sharing with you. We are putting things together and rolling through! For the 7 day challenge, we will gather each morning at 7am—breathe and move on with our day in a good way. Hope to see you there!
